Wheelchairs received from the Grand Lodge of Middle East
and the Tsao Foundation arrive in Sri Lanka on the 12th
October 2005. The wheelchairs will be distributed to Disabled
Children affected by the Tsunami in the Eastern Province
in cooperation with Child Vision. |

The
first house under the Tsunami relief program
was handed over on 2nd October 2005 by Bro. Bramwell Smith,
Secretary on behalf of Lodge Bonnie Doon to an affected
person in Negombo. |

The
house was constructed by Loving Friends International -
a social service organisation. Four more houses are under
construction in the Southern Province and willbe ready for
handing over middle November 2005. |

Tsunami
relief houses donated by the Freemasons of Scotland
in cooperation with Lodge Bonnie Doon
No. 611 SC constructed by Loving Friends International.
Houses will be ready for occupation on the 26th November

Lodge
of the Middle East handed over a consignment of 240 Wheelchairs
to Child Vision for distribution to Disabled Children affected
by the Tsunami in the Eastern province. Official handing
over ceremony to take place in Trincomalee on the 12th November
2005. |
